The health and safety of our employees are our top priority and are firmly anchored in Saint-Gobain’s corporate culture. With our EHS Charter (Environment, Health & Safety), we set globally binding standards – for all employees, partners and sites. The goal is a safe and healthy working environment – without accidents or occupational illnesses.

Our teams are actively involved: through internal initiatives, workshops and training, we foster personal responsibility and sustainable action from within – for example, 80% of our employees have already taken part in Climate Fresk, a workshop to better understand climate change. 

We also ensure fair and safe conditions at our suppliers. With our Responsible Purchasing approach, we require standards that take the environment, human rights and ethics into account – and we continue to develop them further.
